These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neel Teck Reputra, an AI-powered Review & Reputation Management Platform operated by NeelTeck Innovations Private Limited ("Neel Teck", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Reputra, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT REPUTRA
Reputra is a software platform designed to help businesses manage customer feedback, online reputation, review-related workflows, business content and related digital marketing activities.
Features may vary according to the selected plan.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PLANS
Reputra may be offered through different subscription plans.
Features, usage limits, AI credits, integrations, storage, support and other benefits may vary by plan.
Neel Teck may introduce, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
4. PAYMENTS
Subscription prices and applicable billing terms will be displayed before purchase.
Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance with law.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
5. AI FEATURES
Reputra may provide AI-assisted review responses, business descriptions, promotional content, images and other outputs.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing or using it.
Neel Teck does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, unique, error-free or suitable for a specific purpose.
6. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Reputra provides tools to help businesses collect, organize, understand and manage customer feedback and reputation-related workflows.
Users must not use Reputra to create fraudulent, misleading, fabricated or deceptive reviews or customer feedback.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Reputra complies with applicable laws and the policies of Google and other relevant platforms.
Neel Teck does not guarantee that a particular review will be published, retained, displayed or ranked by Google or any third-party platform.
7. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
Certain features may interact with Google Business Profile.
Use of Google Business Profile is subject to Google's applicable policies and terms.
Neel Teck does not control Google's algorithms, policies, ranking systems, review moderation decisions or platform availability.
8. NFC REVIEW STANDEES
Where available, customers may purchase NFC review standees as an add-on or as part of selected plans.
NFC hardware may require separate payment, customization, production and delivery conditions.
Physical products may be subject to the applicable shipping and refund policies.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Reputra to:
- Create fake or fraudulent reviews
- Misrepresent customer experiences
- Manipulate or deceive customers
- Violate Google or other third-party platform policies
- Upload unlawful or harmful content
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malware
- Conduct fraudulent activities
- Abuse or disrupt the platform
- Circumvent security or access controls
Neel Teck may suspend or restrict accounts involved in prohibited activities.
10. USER CONTENT
You remain responsible for information, business data, customer feedback, images, text and other content submitted to Reputra.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such information.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Reputra may integrate with third-party services, including Google services, payment providers, hosting providers, AI providers and other technology platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Neel Teck is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions or decisions made by third-party providers.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Reputra, its software, interface, designs, technology, branding, logos, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Neel Teck and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell or commercially exploit our proprietary technology except as expressly permitted.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the service
- Security concerns
- Non-payment
- Illegal activity
- Third-party platform policy violations
- Legal or regulatory requirements
15. DISCLAIMER
Reputra is provided as a technology and business-management platform.
Neel Teck does not guarantee specific business results, Google rankings, review volume, revenue growth, customer growth, search-engine performance or reputation outcomes.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neel Teck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-related losses arising from the use or inability to use Reputra.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
Neel Teck may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and protections available under applicable law.
