REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, software services and eligible products purchased through Neel Teck Reputra and operated by NeelTeck Innovations Private Limited ("Neel Teck", "we", "us", or "our").
1. DIGITAL SOFTWARE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Reputra is a digital software service that may provide immediate access to dashboards, software features, AI tools, integrations, credits and other digital functionality.
Once a subscription has been activated or used, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Neel Teck under this Refund Policy.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A refund request may be considered in circumstances including:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment made in error
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification
- A material technical issue caused by Neel Teck that prevents access to a purchased service and cannot reasonably be resolved
- Any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law
Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the individual circumstances, product, transaction and applicable law.
3. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Where a free trial, promotional period or introductory offer is provided, the specific terms applicable to that offer will apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation of a trial does not create a refund entitlement for a paid subscription that has already started.
4. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Where automatic renewal is enabled or disclosed during purchase, the subscription may renew according to the selected billing cycle.
If you wish to request a refund for a renewal payment, contact us promptly after the renewal.
Renewal refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable terms.
5. NFC REVIEW STANDEES AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
NFC review standees and other customized physical products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once customization, production or fulfillment has commenced.
If a product is defective or incorrectly produced by Neel Teck, the issue should be reported promptly with appropriate evidence so that it can be reviewed.
6. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Customized products created according to customer-provided branding, information, specifications or requirements may be subject to additional non-refundable conditions after customization or production has started.
Applicable conditions may be communicated before purchase or production.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Refund requests should be submitted using the official contact information provided by Neel Teck.
Please provide:
- Customer name
- Registered email address
- Order or transaction reference
- Product or subscription name
- Purchase date
- Reason for the request
- Supporting information, where applicable
Additional information may be requested to verify the transaction.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider or financial institution.
9. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Subject to applicable law, refunds may generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service activation
- Failure to use the software
- Failure to review product features before purchase
- Expired subscriptions
- Promotional purchases expressly marked as non-refundable
- Customized physical products after production has commenced
- Services already substantially delivered
- Account suspension or termination resulting from violation of our Terms
- Failure to achieve a specific business, marketing, ranking or reputation result
10. POLICY CHANGES
Neel Teck may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, pricing, payment processes, legal requirements or business practices.
